Bliss Legal Studio, PC was founded by Brian Alexander and Mara Virabov — two senior entertainment attorneys who came up through the industry, from hands-on talent representation to production to legal practice. Between them, they have spent decades inside studios, production companies, management firms, and agencies before building a practice designed around what clients actually need at the deal table.
We specialize in music-visual deal complexity — the intersection of music rights and screen content where synchronization, estate rights, archival licensing, label negotiations, and streaming platform deals converge in a single transaction. Our documented track record sits squarely in this space.
We are a boutique. That is intentional. Every client works directly with a founding attorney — someone who has sat across the table from the buyers, run the business affairs function from the inside, and built the platform relationships that define today's entertainment landscape. We do not route your matter through layers of associates. We handle it ourselves.
